Convenient and Clean Capsule Stay

convenient location friendly staff clean room good air conditioning

I found the location very convenient. It's relatively close to the station. The facility seemed new and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bed. The air conditioning worked very well.

I noticed the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, especially at night.

There were many shower and toilet booths available. This made getting ready quick. Lockers are easily accessible near the beds. A space to store bigger luggage existed. The lobby provided fresh towels.

The capsule was cosy. I found the bed very comfortable. The room was quiet, which helped with sleep. It was nice to have my own space for luggage next to the bed.

The staff provides new towels every day. They also offer a toothbrush and toothpaste set, very convenient. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are available in the shower. The staff speaks good English.

thick mattresses convenient location smoking section

i appreciated the thick mattresses, they were very comfortable. the location is stellar with easy access to transportation. there is also a smoking section right in front, it is very convenient.

mixed feelings about this capsule stay

noisy guests broken door

My stay had a few downsides. the noise was a real issue. I could hear people stomping around and slamming doors late into the night. also, the door to my room didn't have a working key card entry, i felt less secure because it was left open. (it's a safety thing, after all). i managed to get only a couple hours of sleep each night.

Convenient and Well-Located Capsule Stay

great location pleasant staff bag keeping

The location was amazing. It was less than ten minutes from the station. The staff were excellent, so pleasant, and accommodating. They kept my bags both before check-in and after check-out.

The toilets smelled every day. The smell resembled a chemical trailer park. I needed to hold my breath upon entering.

The hostel is near Shinjuku Station and Shin Okubo station, sometimes called the Korean district. This proximity makes the area ideal for easy transport and diverse dining options. I found it easy to explore the city.

convenient location shopping area train station tricky access upper bed luggage space

The location is convenient near restaurants and shopping areas. The train station near is really useful. I did find it well positioned.

The upper beds had tricky access, it wasn't simple to reach. I think an older person would have problems. There was not much space for luggage to.

Convenient Stay Near Shinjuku

fast check-in great service convenient location clean facilities

Check-in was FAST the staff provided great service. The location is convenient to Shinjuku attractions. Several subway stations are within a short walk offering easy access around the city. I found the facilities to be clean and well-kept I used the on-site washing machine which was very helpful.

The immediate area felt a little sketchy at night due to nearby adult entertainment establishments this made walking alone after dark slightly uncomfortable but it was manageable.

The hotel includes a downstairs common room equipped with a microwave and kettle. Guests have access to towels slippers toothbrushes and toothpaste. Lockers are available for secure storage which is a great addition.

Staff members were friendly and accommodating. They quickly addressed my requests. Daily replacement of towels and provision of fresh toiletries are available to guests which keeps the rooms clean.

Dining

Many restaurants and cafes are close to the hotel, especially in the korean town area. Don Quijote is nearby for convenient shopping. Access to various dining options is quite simple.
